This class will give kids self-confidence and discipline while keeping them physically fit. If the students would like to compete and go further please notify us.

This is where the advanced concepts are introduced. The students will be taught; strategies,advanced offensive and defensive, advanced mitt work, advanced bag work, and championship conditioning!

In this class sparring will be required to see if student is learning the techniques and can apply them in the ring. Students will continue to master the essentials above and mature to be able to work independently, but always with the supervision of a boxing coach around.
In the R4R Boxing Academy students will have the opportunity to be able to compete in Sanctioned USA Boxing Amateur events. Gyms through out the Houston area host these events to give a chance to these young inspiring boxers to gain experience and showcase their talents.
